dolnośląskie Voivodship, Borough of Święta Katarzyna. 0,4 km E of Trestno village on the irregularly flooded river plan (floodplain)
Damage extent
6440- circa 2,5 ha, 6510 – circa 4,9 ha, at least 0,5% of the flooded meadows in the region (voivodship)

Circumstances of the damage
On 29th of April, during the field visit meadows freshly ploughed for cultivation has been observed – plants in the furrows were still fresh. The ploughing must have taken place between 20th and 29th of April, 2009.
