Public consultations in the form of standard Technical-Administrative Comission, no EIA.
Extent of the damage
The exact size of the damaged area unknown, logging took place in smaller plots connected by straps of forest with fallen trees. According to the observer’s estimation, 3-4 hectares in the 10 hectare forest section which lost its integrity.

Circumstances of the abuse
The environmental damage occurred at the turn of 2008 and 2009. The 91F0 riparian old growth, mainly white poplars was felled down. The clearings were tilled destroying dozens of protected plants (Common snowdrop) and planted with row of trees inadequate for the original habitat - alder and in places oaks. In earlier seasons, in the felled trees breeding of birds protected by national and European legislation was recorded – including at least three species of woodpeckers.
