Details of the case
Burnt dry grassland patch unique in the area with very valuable and characteristic for this habitat plants, has been observed. Some areas with torn out (pull out) turf suggest that additional agricultural treatment was carried out (for instance harrowing).  
Probable reason for burning was to remove bush growth from the pasture.
